JUNIPER is the main botanical in gin. We use the best we can find. The juniper bush grows typically in sandy soil and stands beautiful throughout the winter.

ROSEMARY is a woody, perennial herb with fragrant, evergreen, needle-like leaves and white, pink, purple, or blue flowers. It grows naturally in the Mediterranean region. When using rosemary in gin, you get a bit of a savory note and touch of the Mediterranean atmosphere.

LIQUORICE is a root from which a sweet flavour can be extracted. It is not botanically related to anise, star anise, or fennel, which are sources of similar flavouring compounds.

ORANGE PEEL is the peel of the Orange fruit. The peel has a lot of aromatic oils and can be used both in sweet and savory dishes. It is a classic and very popular ingredient in gin – and you can use orange peel as a garnish in most G&Ts.
