Organic craft gin
The 2019 gold winner at The Gin Master in London - and you can enjoy it with the assurance that it's 100% organic and so tasty that it took the Brits by storm.
More than just organic
We can't resist playing with flavor, so when we developed this organic gin, we tested the possibility of distilling with a little sea buckthorn, also known as "the citrus of the north" because of both its flavor and its very high vitamin C content.
It turned out to be a great idea! It's one thing to win a gold medal with our eco-gin, but when the taste experience among us more ordinary mortals is so unique and good that it became an instant hit, then we've achieved our philosophy of developing the best that can be destilled.
Organic cocktails
If you ensure that the other ingredients are also organic, you can make and serve drinks that are absolutely organic. For the benefit of everyone, including the environment.
The taste of our Herbie Gin Organic is quite close to our Herbie Gin Original (link) but with that little and quite cheeky hint of sea buckthorn. In practice, this means you can use our organic gin in any cocktail that contains gin.
If you're making a Negroni, for example, spicing it up with a strip of organic orange peel is both visually and taste-wise beautiful. The interplay between the orange and the sea buckthorn is just so... Try it for yourself or anyone you want to impress.
Herbie Organic Gin is destilled with:
Juniper is the main botanical in gin. We use the best we can find. The juniper bush grows typically in sandy soil and stands beautiful throughout the winter.
Sea Buckthorn is known as the citrus of the North.
Citrus peel are the peels from lemon and orange fruits. The peel has a lot of aromatic oils and can be used both in sweet and savory dishes. It is a classic and very popular ingredient in gin – and you can use citrus peel as a garnish in most G&Ts.
